For the last 10+ years i have been estimating electrical projects from small residential renovations to hotels and hospitals. I use the worlds best estimating software to ensure my clients receive all the information they need to maximize their profits and minimize overhead

FIELD EXPERIENCE

I spent my youth in the electrical construction field as a member of IBEW local 102. From that i learned hands on how jobs need to be seen from the labor point of view not just the office. This has helped me be successful in creating accurate labor takeoffs

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

I have spent time in the estimator and project manager roles in the electrical contracting field. These skills and experiences have sharpened my skill set to allow me to provide a well balanced and precise estimate.

Single family home 5k+ sq ft - $375

Commercial shell building - $250

Commercial buildout (no kitchen equip) - $250

Commercial buildout with kitchen equip - $350

Medical buildouts - $350

Medical ground up - $500

Hotels/Apartment complexes: TBD (based on size)

Hospitals: TBD (based on size and equipment)
